Karita Cesar began working with clients at nineteen in Los Angeles. Her practice grew quickly — and privately — into work with high-profile and celebrity clientele, an experience that shaped an early and nuanced understanding of performance, recovery, aesthetics, and the particular pressures placed on women navigating ambition, visibility, and wellbeing at once.

Her foundation began in movement. Fourteen years of classical ballet training gave her an intimate knowledge of structure, discipline, and the intelligence of the body under sustained demand. That foundation later expanded into Pilates, physiology-informed movement, nourishment philosophy, nervous system regulation, and the study of cognitive neuroscience.

Her work extended into nourishment through HŌM — a contemporary cold-pressed juice and nourishment company rooted in intentional living and physiological support. What began as a nourishment practice evolved naturally into deeper private client work: bringing food, movement, nervous system support, and daily structure into the home in an integrated, personal way.

As a mother of two, her work is also informed by lived experience — navigating recovery, resilience, and regulation within the full complexity of modern womanhood.
